If you are not satisfied with your 101 Bikes accessory purchase, you may request a return through our customer care team by emailing info@101bikes.com
Please include a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the issue. A customer care associate will reach out to you via email with the next steps.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS

All products must be returned with an approved Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the box.

Products must be unused and in the same condition they were received.

Returns must be received within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.

Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any manuals, documentation, registration, and accessories.
Products that do not meet these criteria may be refused and returned to you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a $10 restocking fee may apply. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Before shipping any bike back, you must request a Return Authorization (RA).
To request a return:
- Complete and submit our Return Authorization Form below
- Our team will review and provide next steps
- Once approved, you’ll receive packing and shipping instructions
Returns shipped without authorization # cannot be accepted at our warehouse.

If you no longer have the original box, we can help by:

Providing a return packing kit (additional costs apply based on location), or

INSPECTION & REFUNDS
All returned bikes are inspected upon arrival.

Bikes returned in approved condition will receive a refund minus shipping and restocking fees

Damage caused by use or return shipping may result in repair deductions

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection at our location
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns may be refused if the bike:

Shows significant damage

Has been modified or altered

Missing components or accessories
-
Was returned without authorization
BATTERY SAFETY FOR RETURNS
E-bikes ship with the battery installed.
Battery handling requirements apply only if a bike is being returned.
Lithium-ion batteries are regulated for transport. For approved returns:

The battery must be packed securely for shipping

Required battery warning labels must be applied to shipping box
We provide clear, step-by-step instructions as part of the return approval process.
Returns that do not follow battery shipping guidelines may be refused.
