Warranty Overview

At 101 Bikes, we believe in our products and offer one of the best warranties on the market. Your 101 Bikes frame and fork are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against any issues resulting from non-conforming material or workmanship.

Limited Lifetime Warranty – Frame

Provided you are the original owner, your frame is warrantied for life against non-conforming issues related to material or workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
This lifetime warranty does not cover paint or finish, or any parts attached to the unit, including but not limited to drivetrain components, battery, brakes, seats, seat posts, handlebars, levers, stems, wheels, and any other components.

Paint, Finish, and Other Components

Paint and finish are not covered under this warranty. All other parts attached to your 101 Bike are covered under a limited one-year warranty (for the original owner) against workmanship and materials.
The warranty applies to the defective part only; labor and transportation costs are the responsibility of the original owner. The bike must be properly maintained and operated under normal conditions and use to qualify for warranty coverage.

Limited Warranty – What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover failure due to:

  • Accident, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly or fit
  • Off-road riding or racing
  • Maintenance by anyone other than an authorized 101 Bikes service provider
  • Use of parts inconsistent with the bike’s intended use

101 Bikes defines the intended use of its bikes as riding in a controlled, smooth manner in a location approved for e-bikes with both wheels on the ground. Riding in any other manner voids this warranty.

Not Covered

Our warranty protects against non-conforming manufacturing and material issues but is not a “no-fault” warranty. Damage from rider mishaps, careless handling, or hazards encountered while riding—including competition or professional events—is not covered.

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact the 101 Bikes Warranty Department at (661) 271-0677 or email info@101bikes.com.
Claims must be registered and warranty activated on the 101 Bikes website.

Do not return your bike without a Return Authorization (RA#).
Any product sent without an RA# will be refused. You will receive the RA# and shipping instructions once your claim is approved.

If Your Frame or Parts Are Not Covered

If your claim is determined to be invalid, 101 Bikes will offer a replacement frame of equal or greater value at a reduced price.
This replacement must be installed by an authorized 101 Bikes service provider or professional e-bike mechanic to maintain warranty eligibility.
All labor and shipping costs are the responsibility of the original owner.

Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange under the terms below.

Return Window:
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Must include all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Must be free from dirt, scratches, or signs of use

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be denied or charged up to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bikes or parts that have been ridden or used
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products

Refunds:
Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Defective Orders:
Contact info@101bikes.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Pre-Orders and Deposits:
Deposits are fully refundable until production begins. After production starts, deposits become non-refundable, but may be applied to another product or future order.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email info@101bikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Legal Notice

There are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied beyond those stated here. The sole and exclusive liability of 101 BIKES, LLC and its authorized dealers, service providers, or affiliates shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your state or country.

E-bikes are fun but can be potentially dangerous. The rider assumes all risk of injury or damage when using the product outside its intended use, including competitive or stunt riding. 101 BIKES, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from such use.
