When purchasing a bike, be sure to provide all your contact information per website requirements so that you can easily be reached. You will receive a shipping email with tracking information and updates as soon as the shipment is scheduled.

Shipping Time:

  • All purchases are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Shipping is available only in the contiguous United States via UPS or FedEx.
  • We do not automatically ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally; please call the office for a shipping quote to place your order.
  • Delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on location and availability.
  • Our bikes ship nearly completely assembled, making final assembly a breeze!

Battery Shipping:

  • Batteries ship at a $100 flat rate to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
