PRE ORDER DEPOSIT TERMS

    1. Deposit & Reservation Hold:
    To reserve a 101 Bikes Factory Edition Class 2 Electric Bicycle, a deposit of $200 USD is required at the time of pre-order. Payment may be made via major credit card or PayPal. This deposit acts as a reservation hold for production priority and does not constitute a final bill of sale.

    2. Refund Terms & Right of Cancellation:
    Your deposit is 100% fully refundable upon request at any time prior to your e-bike being prepared for final dispatch. Should you choose to cancel your pre-order prior to shipping:

        Submit a cancellation request to info@101Bikes.com with your order number.

        You will receive a full $200 refund credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

        101 Bikes does not charge cancellation fees, administrative penalties, or deduct credit card/merchant processing fees from your deposit refund.

    3. Fulfillment Window:
    We target fulfillment and shipment of all Factory Edition pre-orders within thirty (30) days of order confirmation. If shipment is delayed past 30 days, 101 Bikes will notify you via email, at which point you may maintain your position in line or request an immediate, full refund.

    4. Balance Due & Shipping:
    Once your bike is completed and prepared for dispatch, you will receive a notification to pay the remaining balance plus any applicable local sales taxes and shipping fees. The remaining balance must be paid in full before physical shipment occurs. If the balance is not paid within fourteen (14) days of notice, 101 Bikes reserves the right to cancel the reservation and issue a full refund of your $200 deposit.
