ASSEMBLY

PEDAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pedals are reversed threads. Counterclockwise.

2. Use caution not cross thread. Tightened pedals by hand,
then use the wrench included to tighten.

3. Do not over tighten. But should be tight and secure.

HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Take care when installing handlebars.

2. Make sure the handlebars are facing the correct way,
thumb throttle is on right side when sitting on bike.

3. Ensure cables are free and all controls working.

NOTE:

• REAR BRAKE Is on “RIGHT SIDE” of handlebars.
• FRONT BRAKE on “LEFT SIDE” of handlebars.
• Make sure brake levers are in working order.
• Position handlebars in comfortable position for your personal preference.
• Tighten bolts by hand.
• Tighten all 4 allen head clamp bolts evenly in a “X pattern” to insure
  even tension. Use allen wrench included.
