If you are not satisfied with your 101 Bikes accessory purchase, you may request a return through our customer care team by emailing customercare@101bikes.com
Please include a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the issue.
A customer care associate will reach out to you via email with the next steps.
Return Requirements:
- All products must be returned with an approved
Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the box. - Products must be unused and in the same condition they were received.
- Returns must be received within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
- Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any manuals, documentation, registration, and accessories.
Products that do not meet these criteria may be refused and returned to you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a $10 restocking fee may apply. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
E Bikes
For E bikes returns, please refer to the warranty section and email: customercare@101bikes.com with your contact information and an explanation of the issue. There are several options to avoid return of the bikes and limit your doen time without your bike to fix the unit for you.
A representative will contact you to assist with the return process.
Suggestions for a Smooth Return Process:
- Retain Packaging: Keep all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact to ensure a smooth return process.
- Document Condition: Before returning, take photos of the product in its current condition to document that it is unused and undamaged.
- Timely Returns: Make sure to initiate the return process as soon as possible within the 30-day return window to avoid any delays.
